Product Description
The warranty replacement core deposit REQUIRED for EACH new accumulator shipped as warranty replacement. Core Deposit Refunded 100% for defective unit returns. Core deposit not refunded if units returned under warranty are found serviceable. Warranty period is 36 months. Failures reported within 12 months are replaced at no charge (shipping is extra, customer MUST return old parts within 30 days or there is a charge of $250/unit.) Failures reported between 13 and 36 months will be prorated off then current published price. For example, a reported failure during month 18 will cost (18/36) x $350 for a replacement if a front unit (8/2009), a failure reported month 24 will cost (24/35) x $350 for a replacement front unit. Alternatively, customer may return the unit for free recharge, and if not rechargeable ,pay 50% of the prorated replacement cost calculated above
New units returned un-installed subject to re-certification and restocking fee of $50 per unit. New units returned after test installation subject to rework, re-certification & restocking fee of $150 per unit. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT OF NEW UNITS except as warranty returns. Specify number of front and rear units in order
